I’m sure everyone knows about Colourpop’s super shock shadows. They are known for being super pigmented and buttery. They are also only $5! They have a variety of shades in different finishes from matte, metallic and shimmer. I had to pick up a few, and I have had these for a few months now and I love them! I have 9 of them:
