Current Skin Care Routine

My favorite lip moisturizing product is the First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Lip Therapy. It does exactly what the name says. It has a thick consistency (so a little goes a long way) and it smells like peppermint – which I enjoy. During the first application, I felt a little tingle on my lips. I don’t use it as an everyday lip balm – I apply it before I go to sleep at night and let it sit on my lips while I am putting on my makeup for the day. It leaves my lips feeling very moisturized – to prepare for my matte lipsticks! ($12 at Sephora)

I found a new gem in the “K Beauty” section in Sephora – May Coop Raw Sauce. It was an impulse buy in the line! I figured that Koreans are big on skin care and that this would be a good product to try. It has a very clean smell, nothing too overpowering with the consistency of an oil. My initial thought was that I would have to use a lot to cover my face, but again, a little bit goes a long way. The product is very refreshing on the skin, and needs to be rubbed in well. It left my skin feeling very fresh and dewy! This could possibly replace my Clinique moisturizer! ($14 at Sephora)

The last product I have been loving is the Boscia Detoxifying Black Cleanser. Again, another impulse buy. I have been in the market for a good charcoal cleanser. The one I currently use is the Biore charcoal scrub, which is okay. But upon using the Black Cleanser for the first time, I have seen immediate results. When lathering the product, it feels very warm which is a weird feeling. The product doesn’t give a strong burning sensation like the Biore one, which was good. The lathering was very refreshing and my skin was feeling fresh and soft after cleansing. The product claims to unclog pores, brighten skin and minimizes pores overtime. After using this product, I looked in the mirror at my nose, and my pours were very clean and looks as if they have shrunk! I will definitely be buying the full size of this product! ($10 at Sephora)
